Our fabricated butt-weld fittings are manufactured to your exact specification for specialist and non-standard applications where standard catalogue fittings cannot meet the required geometry, size or material. From oversized headers and bespoke branch assemblies to complex multi-outlet manifolds, we fabricate fittings that go well beyond standard ranges.
Every fabricated fitting is produced with full-penetration welds, factory-prepared weld-end bevels and complete material traceability from incoming plate or pipe through to finished component. Material test certificates, dimensional inspection reports and welding procedure records are supplied as standard with every order.
Standards & Materials
Fabricated fittings are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 10253 and client-specific project requirements. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel and exotic alloys such as Inconel, Monel, duplex and Hastelloy, with full material certification to EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 as specified.

Can you provide material certificates?
Yes. EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 material test certificates with full chemical and mechanical test results are supplied as standard with every fabricated fitting.

What drawings or information do you need to fabricate?
A general arrangement (GA) drawing with key dimensions, material grade, wall thickness, weld details and any applicable codes or standards is required. Our engineering team can review your specification and advise on design for manufacturability during the quotation stage.
