Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to material market fluctuations.
We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery dates given are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Our products are supplied to relevant standards including BS EN 10253 where applicable. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
